Hisa capital is pooled to keep EMMSPA rotations moving. When a member needs funds to purchase a house, complete a home purchase, or start or grow a business, this pool helps the cycle continue instead of stalling for lack of liquidity.
Your purchase is not a donation. It is working capital that supports members around the rotation, then is scheduled to return to you with a benefit.
After 30 days, hisa capital is scheduled to come back to you together with a benefit. The waiting period is the time the funds are at work in the rotation.
The benefit ranges from 3% to 12%, depending on the rotation cycle and how the pool performed. It is a participation benefit, not a bank interest rate, and it is not guaranteed at the top of that range.
The benefit may be recognized only within a 45-day window. Settlement of principal and benefit must fall inside that period. After the window closes, a new request may be required under the current cycle rules.
You may request a payout only on Hisa Zilizopo (Available). Locked hisa stay assigned to an active position until that rotation completes. Paid hisa have already been settled.
